Joan Long established Essential Office Services in 1999 and began advertising under
the “secretarial services” heading. Although that identity may have morphed over
the past decade into the term virtual assistant, the heart of her business remains
the same: to give you more time to do the parts of your job that you love, and leave
the rest to her.
